’s Criteria List will automatically highlight specific query fields or items appropriate for the property, such as "Lease Start Date", "Lease End Date", "Base Rent per Year" or "Base Rent per Year per Square Foot" and many others.
When you have selected your query – "Lease End Date", for example – choose the parameters that would be relevant to your report. You might highlight lease expirations by year, or narrow your query to show expirations by quarter, or even by month in one particular year. Once your groups are established, simply choose the manner in which you want to display them on the Stacking Plan. provides a true 24-bit palette and 50 patterns specially tailored for contrast, so the color combinations are unlimited. It’s that easy to present colorful, lively and informative charts on your commercial properties.
Query criteria lists are easy to change. You can accomplish this either by directly editing the query criteria or choosing from a list of pre-defined or user-customized query templates that are specialized for that item.
