While the Tenant Management System comes with several standard format templates, you will need the Stacking Plan system to customize the stacking plans yourself.

Professional Support 
The Annual Extended Support Plan provides for telephone support and maintenance upgrades for a twelve (12) month period. This fee is payable per license. 

Telephone support is provided for users without the an Annual Support Plan at the rate of $125/hour. Maintenance upgrades are provided at a modest fee for users without the Annual Support.

  SpaceVu:

The WSVu system is available for $7,000. The system can be installed using MicroSoft SQL Server. The user would need to have their own SQL server database license or use SQL Express. The system  would reside on the user's own server, accessed by their own network and would be for only one (1) office usage with up to 3 users concurrently. Included with the system is the use of an interactive license ofas needed to create and customize configuration files (like templates to format the stacking plans). The cost of the system includes an additional 10 hours of customization and technical support in the use of the system for items not initially described.

Additional concurrent users are $500 each.

Professional Support

Annual On-going technical support for WSVu is provided for a fee of 15% of the total purchase price ($X). Support is provided up to Y hours ($X divided by $125/hour) of user telephone support and required enhancements to the system. If Support service are not purchased, any additional programming modifications would be made at the current rate.
