Once tenant spaces are outlined on the Floor plan, you assign the space a name which is then linked automatically to spaces in the database. You can also display different tenant information such as tenant name, square footage, suite number, etc. As with the Stacking plan module, the information displayed in the tenant space changes according to the fields you choose. Tenant spaces on each floor will denote lease expiration dates or different lease options, etc., with specific color codes assigned to those fields.

FloorPlan, you’re nearly unlimited in the number of ways you can examine a high-rise building or any retail property. You can analyze tenants by expiration dates, lease status and activity. With one easy to use system, you can look at the property in many, many ways. All you do is change the color-query and the visual information in your floor and stacking plan changes instantly. Show vacancies, then click the mouse and show rental rates. It’s that easy!
